The beef w/ black bean sauce and chow mein I ordered was too salty and didn't have enough vegetables.

You can tell the difference in cooks.. ordered twice this month.. First time, totally awesome.. Second time, blah... hardly any flavor.

Service and staff were delightful. Meal was received hot (take-out) but I found my particular order to be gummy (Egg Foo Yung). Good variety of ingredients but too much filler or binder made the texture unappetizing. Large portion.
